About the role

Gain comprehensive insights into 3-4 supply departments and processes of our company over two years The starting department would be Supply Chain Relations & Services The others can be defined together with you and include: Fashion Buying, Partner Business & Services, Merchandise Planning, Inventory Management & Supply Data Solutions and Business Planning & Steering Develop a deep understanding of our supply-side business by working across multiple functions, analyzing performance metrics, and identifying growth opportunities Own and drive projects from planning to execution, collaborating with stakeholders and delivering impactful business outcomes Contribute to strategic initiatives that optimize our campaigns, partner ecosystem, and product offering across international markets Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key partners to improve processes, support international expansion, and build a strong professional network Successfully completed studies in Business Administration, International Business, Management, Logistics, or a comparable field of study Strong analytical skills, hands-on mentality, and creative thinking Fluent English skills, both written and spoken High motivation and initiative to drive topics forward Quick comprehension and structured way of working Confident handling of MS Office (especially Excel) and large data sets Initial practical experience in the tech, retail, and/or e-commerce environment is a plus Your perks at a glance: Visit our benefits page .
