Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to create qualified meetings and build a healthy pipeline
- Analyze accounts and develop effective expansion strategies
- Engage with new trial users within existing customers to uncover additional revenue opportunities
- Partner with the marketing team to execute targeted campaigns
- Propose new use cases that address customer pain points and support solution-based selling
- Ensure CRM data accuracy to support future growth strategies
- Reach out to prospects and key decision-makers through various channels such as email, phone, and social media
Requirements
- Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- 1+ years of sales or account management experience (Tech/IT industry experience is a plus, whether at a startup, established company, product, or services vendor)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Language Proficiency: Native-level fluency in Japanese (JLPT N1 or equivalent) and conversational-level proficiency in English (for daily operational communication, professional-level not required)
- Ability to build strong relationships and trust with customers
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and collaborating flexibly within a growing team
- Strong willingness to learn and grow, with a positive attitude toward giving and receiving feedback
