- Follow up with customers after repair completion.
- Update customers on repair progress and estimatedcompletion timelines.
- Administrative Duties
- Prepare job orders, quotations, invoices, and claimreports.
- Update service and insurance claim records in thesystem.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smoothworkflow and operations.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by theManagement.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in automotive,commercial vehicle, or insurance claims environment.
- Knowledge of GIA accident reporting and insuranceclaims procedures.
- Familiar with workshop operations and vehicleservicing coordination.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasksin a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in commercial vehicle or heavy truckindustry will be an advantage.
- Candidates who are able to start work within shortnotice will be preferred.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin to coordinate withMandarin-speaking suppliers, customers, and workers.
