Responsibilities

  • Manage all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, training, and compliance.
  • Handle full-cycle payroll processing.
  • Oversee monthly manpower costs by accurately calculating, budgeting, and controlling all expenses.
  • Perform general administrative tasks and manage the onboarding/offboarding process (uniforms, contracts, food hygiene certificates, etc.).
  • Ensure employee information is up to date and accurate.

  • Submit and track statutory claims, such as NS make-up pay, government paid leave, CPF, and IR21.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • A minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in HR activities.
  • Experience with Infotech software is required.
  • Must be able to work independently and handle pressure
