Requirements

• Extensive experience (15+ years) spanning manufacturing, supply chain, and operations leadership at a global scale.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Proven record of operational transformation improving cost, quality, and delivery simultaneously.
• Proven experience managing high-volume manufacturing environments.
• Operational economics, supplier readiness, and data-driven manufacturing systems expertise, senior executive level communications.
• Executive presence, clarity in communication, and comfort operating at both strategy and execution levels.
• Experience leading sophisticated, cross-functional initiatives that align multiple organizations to deliver coordinated operational results.
• Experience scaling manufacturing networks or managing large-site transformations.
• Proven collaboration to enable aligned execution.

Additional Information

Job Description: Lumotive is seeking an experienced and hands-on VP of Operations to lead, optimize and scale operational functions across semiconductor manufacturing and supply chain. This role will be a strategic partner to management and oversee fabrication, assembly, test, quality, planning, logistics and will be responsible for operational excellence. The VP of Operations will ensure alignment between manufacturing capabilities, tech roadmaps, customer demand, and corporate strategy, driving efficiency, yield improvement and cost efficiency. This position reports directly to the CEO.
