Responsibilities

• ✅ Manage commercial interior fit-out and A&A projects from inception to completion.
• ✅ Plan, coordinate, and oversee project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• ✅ Liaise closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• ✅ Monitor site progress, quality, workplace safety, and compliance with regulations.
• ✅ Resolve project issues promptly while maintaining high standards of workmanship.
• ✅ Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to client expectations.

Requirements

• ✔️ Diploma or Degree in Building, Construction Management, Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• ✔️ Proven experience managing commercial interior fit-out and A&A projects.
• ✔️ Strong knowledge of construction methods, project management, and local building regulations.
• ✔️ Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• ✔️ Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
