Responsibilities

  • Risk & Sustainability
  • Conduct climate resilience and flood risk assessments.
  • Implement sustainable drainage systems (SuDS) and low impact development (LID) solutions where applicable.
  • Required Qualifications
  • Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
  • Master's Degree in Hydrology / Water Resources Engineering (mandatory)

Requirements

  • Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience
  • Proven experience in: Highway or urban drainage projects
  • Large infrastructure development

  • Technical Skills
  • Strong knowledge of hydrology, hydraulics, and drainage engineering principles
  • Proficiency in: HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS
  • SWMM / MIKE / InfoWorks
  • AutoCAD / Civil 3D
  • Experience with GIS tools (ArcGIS/QGIS) preferred
  • Postgraduate in Hydrology / Environmental Engineering (or equivalent) with 10+ years of proven experience delivering end-to-end drainage design solutions across urban, industrial, highway, airport, seaport, and railway projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently plan, model, and optimize stormwater systems, from catchment analysis and concept stage through to detailed design and GFC deliverables.
  • Strong command of hydrologic and hydraulic modelling tools (SWMM, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, SewerCAD/Storm CAD, Civil 3D, QGIS, TUFLOW, MIKE, HY-8), applied to solve complex drainage challenges.
