- The starting salary range posted for this position is $137,900.00 to $186,600.00 and reflects the projected salary range for new hires in this position in U.S. and/or Canada locations, not including incentive compensation*, equity, or benefits.

Responsibilities: Strategic Case-based delivery for OnDemand which includes providing customers high-quality technical advice on Enterprise level architecture, implementation, configuration and optimization work in complex environments for area of field including: Splunk Core/Cloud Enterprise Security/UBA SOAR/Phantom ITOps, DevOps Daily focus on assigned OnDemand requests that are submitted to ensure satisfactory completion As an OnDemand Service Consultant you will: Be passionate about customers and deliver impactful solutions. Address organizations' most challenging problems, including unknown issues. Be a self-motivated Splunk expert eager to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment. Guide customers on optimal use of the Splunk Platform. Deliver strategic, case-based technical consulting for OnDemand requests. Collaborate with internal resources and customer-facing teams to manage customer needs and promote continued use of OnDemand services. Contribute to practice KPIs through process and collateral improvements, tool development, and implementation.
