Responsibilities
- Lead materials characterization and validation activities.

Requirements

- Expertise and experience in operating and maintaining analytical instruments including but not limited to GC, FTIR, UV-Vis, DSC, TGA, SEM, XPS, Raman, and NMR.
- Experience working with moisture sensitive materials in a glovebox or dry room.
- Experience in electrochemistry, specifically on lithium-ion batteries.
- Ability to analyze data and draw deeper conclusions from analytical data.
- Ability to communicate new concepts and draw insight from discussions with coworkers.
- Demonstrable track record of learning new technologies quickly and using your skillset to have a tangible impact in a short time frame.
- A technical leader with the ability to positively influence peers and bring the team together.
- Understanding terminologies in Materials Science field. Ability to read documents and have conversation in English.
