Customer service skills meet the expectation of the Medical Center's standards of practice. Serves food items on patient trayline, ensuring accuracy of prescribed diet. Serves Restaurant customers quality food at the proper temperature and portion size. May operate a cash register. Maintains work area and equipment in a clean, orderly and sanitary condition. Ensures that all food and supplies are properly labeled and stored as required by County and State regulatory agencies. May operate dish machine, and/or wash pots and pans. JOB DETAILS AND REQUIREMENTS Type: Full Time (80 hours per 2 week pay period), with benefits Typical Hours: Variable Shifts, 5am to 1:30pm or 6am to 2:30pm or 11am to 7:30pm or 11:30am to 8pm, every other weekend and holiday rotation. Education: High School Diploma or General Studies Preferred Certification & Licensures: N/A
