Sr. Buyer (Retail)

POSITION SUMMARY The mission of the Sr. Retail Buyer is to create the best-in-market, on-trend assortment for our Retail stores that achieve Sales and Margin Targets and help develop the buying methodology for current retail fleet and future expansion needs. RETAIL BUYER: -Maintain a strong understanding of current trends in the proper demographic and seasonality across current and coming retail locations -Drive and analyze daily/weekly sales, bestsellers, present findings and suggest actions -Propose ranges in line with company focuses, seasonality and SKU count needs -Comprehensively analyze current and historical sales data in order to select the best possible ranges across all retail locations -Work collaboratively with the Retail Merchandise Assistant, Planning team, Visual team, and Retail stores to ensure proper, on time execution -Visit stores regularly to get to know styles in real life, understand execution successes and challenges and get feedback from store teams and direct from customers COMMERCIAL AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS -Bachelor's degree preferred -5+ years of Buying experience -Strong work ethic and attention to detail -Team player and ability to work collaboratively -Flexible and adaptable with the ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities and conditions -A passion for fashion!! SALARY BANDING: 100-120k
