• Design and deliver User Experience (UX) solutions that improve the core workflows of target users.
• Facilitate the end-to-end product delivery from concept to deployment.
• Define end-to-end design solutions through detailed user flows, information architecture, wireframes, user interface, and interaction design.
• Create and test prototypes early in the design process to assess usability and functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable product features across web and mobile platforms.
• Evaluate user needs by reviewing and assessing data from internal teams and users.
• Work with user research to validate solutions iteratively and address feedback.
• Develop storyboards, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate interaction and design intent.
• Deliver high-fidelity visual designs with precise specifications, ensuring consistency in spacing, typography, and layout.
• Mentor interns and junior product designers.

Requirements

• Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Digital Arts, Graphic Arts, Interaction Design, Web Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience.
• Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following:
• Performing product refinement by designing and conducting usability research and consolidating results into actionable insights;
• Defining product requirements and optimizing product user experience (UX) by collecting user pain points, reviewing competitor analysis, and analyzing user needs;
• Designing User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) elements of mobile applications using Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Origami Studio, or Principle;
• Using Figma throughout all stages of product design, including creating user flows, high-fidelity user interfaces, and interactive prototypes; and
• Facilitating design guidelines to improve product consistency and increase product brand awareness.
• Travel Requirement: Domestic and international travel required up to 5%.
