Responsibilities
- Office & Facilities Support Management
- Manage office utility consumptions and usage reports.
- Maintain office inventory and keep accurate records of supplies, equipment and stock levels. Coordinate replenishment as needed.

- Draft, review and administer standard contracts, including renewals, terminations and archiving.
- Ensure all required contract approvals and signatures are obtained.
- Manage Supplier Database and categorization; Archive final agreements and keep contract records up to date.
- Track contract renewal dates and termination processes, ensuring timely follow-up and compliance with terms.
- Coordinate with office service providers and support day-to-day vendor communication, if required.
- Assist with monitoring vendor services to ensure timely and satisfactory support on site, if required.
- Ensure suppliers and contractors follow office procedures and expected standards while working on site, if required.
- Support coordination of on-site service delivery and report vendor performance issues when needed, if required.
- Stakeholder & Employee Support
- Support day-to-day communication with internal teams regarding stock levels to help ensure office services run smoothly.
- Support the organization of local office events, meetings and employee activities, if required.
- Continuous Improvement & Innovation
- Contribute to the development and implementation of workspace standards, procedures and innovation initiatives.
- Support the adoption of best practices and effective use of systems and equipment.
