LOCATION:- * 51 Old Airport Road Hawker Centre Stall Assistant (Halal Nasi Lemak Stall) Full Time: $1800 ~ $1900 Working Days: Tuesday - Sunday (Including Public Holidays) Full Time Working Hours: 6:30am to 3:30pm Duties:- - Prepare and assemblenasi lemak sets and side dishes according to standardized recipes, ensuringconsistent taste, portion control, presentation, and freshness throughout allservice periods. - Support peak serviceoperations by organizing ingredients, prioritizing orders, coordinating withteam members, and managing preparation flow to ensure all orders are completedaccurately and efficiently in a high-volume hawker environment. - Perform quality checkson rice, sambal, and side items to maintain flavor consistency, correcttemperature, and standardized plating; immediately address any deviations toensure a reliable customer experience. - Deliver prompt andprofessional customer service by accurately taking orders, processing payments,suggesting add-ons, and courteously resolving basic customer enquiries orconcerns. - Maintain cleanlinessand food safety standards by practicing proper personal hygiene, preventingcross-contamination, sanitizing workstations and utensils, and adheringstrictly to stall SOPs and hawker centre regulations. - Monitor ingredientlevels and support inventory control by replenishing stock as needed, trackingusage, minimizing waste, and coordinating with supervisors to ensure smooth anduninterrupted daily operations.
