Additional Information

Support and help oversee the day-to-day maintenance and operation of the firm's portfolio management platform used by registered portfolio managers. Help ensure the platform remains accurate, organized, and ready for advisors to use when building models, opening accounts, rebalancing portfolios, and generating trades. The platform is complex and learning it deeply is a core part of the role. Position Responsibilities: Maintain and update portfolio management system data and settings Assist with the creation, review, and maintenance of account linkages to the custody system Monitor the platform for data issues, missing information, or inconsistencies and investigate/resolve them Support ongoing maintenance of households and investment groups Identify and escalate issues related to security data, account holdings, or trading restrictions Assist with the testing of new functionality, enhancements, and system upgrades Maintain procedural documentation and training materials for the platform Help prepare screenshots, reference guides, and step-by-step instructions for portfolio managers and support staff Respond to day-to-day questions from portfolio managers and internal users regarding platform functionality Participate in special projects related to process improvement, workflow design, and operational efficiency Required Qualifications: 1-3 years of experience in operations, portfolio administration, wealth management, or a related analytical role Strong interest in portfolio management, investment operations, and financial markets Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Comfortable working with large amounts of data and identifying inconsistencies Strong Excel skills; experience with formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and data validation Experience with portfolio management or trading systems is an asset Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to create clear documentation and explain processes to others Self-starter who is comfortable working independently but also enjoys supporting a broader team
