Job Description & Requirements: Supervise and coordinate the daily duties of waiters and service staff. Ensure customers are served in a professional, polite, and timely manner. Arrange staff work schedules and assign service areas. Train new service staff on restaurant service standards, hygiene, and customer service. Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints when necessary. Check table setup, cleanliness, and overall dining area presentation. Assist in taking orders, serving food and drinks, and clearing tables during busy periods. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth food service. Monitor staff performance and report operational issues to the manager. Ensure compliance with food hygiene, workplace safety, and company service procedures.
