Plan and optimize aircraft load configurations for capital equipment (including oversized and irregular cargo), ensuring approval from airline loadmasters. Coordinate cross-functionally with customer service and warehouse teams to ensure proper cargo assembly and on-time shipment delivery. Determine ULD requirements and packaging plans, ensuring efficient space utilization and cost optimization. Provide training and guidance to freight and warehouse teams, and resolve real-time loading discrepancies using strong problem-solving skills.
