Executive - (Programme, social media & Volunteer Management)

Responsibilities

• Program Management
• Collaborate with the ED to review program alignment with organizational objectives and assess program effectiveness
• Establish partnerships with relevant agencies to identify program needs and ensure relevance
• Research and identify emerging trends that could impact program success
• Apply best practices and innovative methodologies to enhance program impact
• Develop program work plans, resource requirements, and budgets following the service framework
• Social Media Management
• Develop original content for TTP's official website and social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn in coordination with the ED
• Monitor audience engagement and activity on TTP's website and social media pages
• Create and post regular updates to raise awareness of TTP's events and programs
• Volunteer Management
• Respond to public enquiries from prospective volunteers and assess their suitability, readiness, and availability through interviews
• Manage volunteer recruitment channels and maintain an up-to-date volunteer database
• Conduct volunteer orientations to onboard and set clear expectations
• Utilize volunteer skills to plan and organize skills-based workshops for residents
• Develop and implement strategies and programs to retain volunteers
• Create and update the Volunteer Management Manual
• Other Ad-hoc Duties
• Support community outreach activities including roadshows and fundraising events as needed

Company Overview The Turning Point is a Christian non-profit helping female drug abusers and ex-offenders recover from drug- and crime-related issues through counselling, work therapy, and rehabilitation programs to support their reintegration into society. Job Summary The Executive will collaborate with the ED to plan and implement training and development programs for residents. The role includes using social media to promote TTP's cause and managing volunteer recruitment, training, and retention to support events and programs.
