Reporting to the Director of the SHARPP Center for Interpersonal Violence Awareness, Prevention, and Advocacy, the Expanded Services Coordinator serves as a cross-campus interpersonal violence prevention and advocacy specialist. In line with the vision set forth by the SHARPP Center leadership team, the Expanded Services Coordinator assists with providing the SHARPP Center's awareness, prevention, and advocacy services for students, faculty, and staff across all UNH campuses. Additionally, the Expanded Services Coordinator serves as the Confidential Resource Advisor and main point of contact for the UNH CPS (Manchester & Online) and UNH Law communities. Duties/Responsibilities Prevention Education (40%) Under the direction of the Assistant Director of Engagement and Prevention, serve as a member of the Prevention and Engagement team delivering prevention and engagement programs to all UNH campuses Oversee the coordination of the SHARPP Center's prevention and engagement programs for UNH-CPS & UNH-Law, including: Delivering remote and in-person programming Facilitating the SHARPP Center's primary prevention programming, including Wildcats Get Consent, Healthy Relationships, and You Can Help programs Facilitating SHARPP Center outreach and engagement programming, such as SHARPP 101 and SHARPP Jeopardy Coordinating engagement opportunities and passive education related to annual awareness campaigns/months (Domestic Violence/Relationship Abuse, Stalking, and Sexual Assault) Identifying and soliciting new audiences for prevention and awareness programs at UNH CPS and UNH Law Implement and maintain assessment and evaluation of programs; interpret and apply data as needed, including preparing brief end-of-year reports for each campus Collect and track data related to prevention & engagement programs as required by grant funding Confidential Advocacy (40%) Provide remote and in-person advocacy to students, faculty and staff who have experienced interpersonal violence at all UNH campuses. Assist in providing regular coverage for drop-in advocacy clients at the Durham campus office Provide accompaniment, transportation, and support for survivors undergoing university disciplinary processes, sexual assault forensic exams, court appearances, and police interviews as needed by clients Assist in identifying and facilitating referrals for clients to appropriate community resources and agencies Participate in biweekly SHARPP Center case review team meetings led by the Assistant Director of Advocacy Serve as the main Confidential Resource Advisor and point of contact for the UNH CPS and UNH Law Campuses Collect and track data related to direct services provided per grant requirements Assist with the training of Peer Advocates and Staff Back-Up Advocates as needed 20% -Awareness & Engagement Collaborate and partner with key stakeholders, offices/departments, and community resources to advance prevention, engagement, and awareness of services on all campuses Maintain relationships with other New Hampshire Coalition Against Sexual and Domestic Violence member centers serving UNH CPS and UNH Law campuses Assist in the maintenance and revisions of MOUs relevant to this position Supervise student volunteers and provide guidance to related student groups at UNH Law and UNH CPS Coordinate outreach efforts and awareness campaigns for UNH Law and CPS to best meet the needs of the respective communities Represent the SHARPP Center at campus-specific programs, events, and initiatives, such as resource fairs, orientation panels, and student leader trainings Assist in contributing to the SHARPP Center's overall marketing and engagement efforts, including web and social media content & presence Assist with SHARPP Center events and initiatives such as Take Back the Night and End-of-Year Celebration as needed Support other projects, events, and initiatives within the UNH Division of Student Life as needed
