Production Quality Controller

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process and final quality inspections on beauty, skincare, cosmetic, and wellness products.
• Check product appearance, packaging condition, labeling accuracy, batch numbers, and expiry dates.
• Identify defects such as leakage, contamination, damage, incorrect labeling, or packaging discrepancies.
• Ensure production output complies with quality standards, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Record inspection findings and prepare quality control reports.
• Work closely with production, warehouse, and operations teams to resolve quality-related issues.
• Assist in handling non-conforming products, rework activities, and corrective actions.
• Maintain proper QC documentation and inspection records.
• Ensure products are handled and stored appropriately to maintain product quality and integrity.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE N/O Level, NITEC, or Diploma in any discipline.
• At least 1 year of experience in Quality Control, Production QC, Quality Assurance, Product Inspection, Manufacturing, FMCG, Cosmetics, Beauty, Pharmaceutical, or Consumer Products industries will be an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to complete inspection reports.
• Able to work independently and follow established QC procedures.
• Knowledge of beauty, skincare, cosmetic, or wellness products will be beneficial.
