About the role

To develop and manage a portfolio of information and data products for Stanbic Bank Ghana. The job is responsible for defining and executing data product strategy, new product development and translating product strategy into go to market plans/campaigns. Oversee the creation of new products and the on-going development of product enhancements or services. Type of Qualification: First Degree Field of Study: Business Commerce Type of Qualification: Post Graduate Diploma Field of Study: Marketing Experience Required Data & Analytics 1-2 years Experience in technology/information solution environment with exposure to enterprise architecture and how technology interacts with other components of solution. Understanding of managing development pipeline and process using agile development principles. Experience in connection mechanisms e.g. host to host /XML programming/Application Programming Interfaces. Familiar with typical big data infrastructure (e.g. HDFS, Scala, Spark, Splunk) & traditional relational database structures & Python. 5-7 years Management of corporate client relationship (where client operates in B2B) and experience of understanding client issues and creating solutions and fitting products to solve client problems. 5-7 years Setting of product pricing, writing of business cases and financial plans. Understanding of finance management information, key financial statements, budgeting and measurement.
