Located in the heart of the Sydney CBD, nestled in Novotel Sydney City Centre our beautiful and vibrant Birdie is looking for a full time Food & Beverage Attendant. As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our guests. This may be across our breakfast service and in our bustling restaurant for lunch & dinner service. As a Food & Beverage Attendant you will: Take orders and serve food and beverages with a friendly and positive attitude Provide menu recommendations Ensure prompt and accurate delivery of orders Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of dining spaces and working areas Uphold a high standard of guest service to create memorable dining experience Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations To thrive in this role, you will bring: Previous experience in a Food & Beverage, hospitality, or customer-facing role A passion for delivering exceptional guest service and creating memorable experiences Strong communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with guests and colleagues Flexibility to work 38 hours per week across a rotating roster across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Physical capability to remain on your feet for extended periods and safely handle lifting requirements A current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate Valid Australian working rights
