Job Description Overall planning, development, launch and management of products DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Stakeholder Management - manage up and manage down. Product Lifecycle Management Collaborate with fellow Product Managers to drive the Product Strategy and define the Product Roadmap. Does field immersions to learn more about our internal and external customers. Work closely with Marketing, Finance, Sales, Customer Experience, Network, IT and other teams to ensure proper product design, optimal cost and on-time delivery. Proactively identify, raise and orchestrate product issues resolution to ensure minimal-to-zero losses and that business goals are met. Create business cases, product performance and benefits realization activities for initiatives launched. Portfolio management, product profitability and case study analyses. Prepare monthly product reports to be presented to Product and other leadership teams.
