Medical, Dental, Vision and Life insurance,STD/LTD,Tuition reimbursement,Paid parental leave,And more!Schedule: You will be on a training schedule for approximately 90 days and then after training, you will be assigned to a second or third shift.Pay: $35.01 - $46.68/hr. with a $3.00/HR shift premium for night shiftTeam Overview and Job ResponsibilitiesThis position requires a mechanical aptitude and the ability to perform a variety of semi-skilled and skilled electrical/electronic equipment installation and the repair and replacement of plant equipment.Principal Duties & Responsibilities:Inspect machinery and equipment to diagnose malfunctions.Perform routine preventive maintenance on electrical systems to minimize downtime.Repair or replace broken or malfunctioning components of machinery and equipment.Install, wire and commission electrical panels and field devices.Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems including power distribution, control panels sensors, relays, contractors, and motor controls.Reassemble equipment after completion of inspections, testing, or repairsIdentify root causes of electrical failures and recommend corrective actionsObserve and test the operation of machinery and equipment in order to diagnose malfunctions, using voltmeters and other testing devices.Operate newly repaired machinery and equipment to verify the adequacy of repairs.Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams.Required Qualifications:A results-driven individual who has demonstrated the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance manufacturing environment.Proven work experience as an Industrial Maintenance TechnicianKnowledge of safety regulations and procedures.Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.Possess basic understanding of MSDS.Operate Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PP, DataStream, MP7i)High school diploma or equivalent; certificate or associate's degree in a technical field is a plus.Dental insuranceVision insuranceParental leave
