Responsibilities
- Carry out quantity take-off and measurement works for construction projects
- Source and evaluate suppliers and sub-contractors for tendering and project execution
- Evaluate and certify sub-contractors' progress payments
- Handle tender and project administration, including documentation and contract management
- Prepare and submit interim progress claims to the Client
- Review and advise on cost impact of variations for both subcontractors and client

Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building or Civil Engineering
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience for QS position
- Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience for Senior QS position
- Experience in MRT or infrastructure projects is preferred
- Experience working with main contractor is an advantage
- Familiar with quantity take-off, cost analysis and contract administration
- Proficient in MS Excel and cost-related documentation
- Strong analytical, communication and coordination skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
