THIS IS A 2-YEAR CONTRACT (Renewable) As a Manager/Senior Manager (Cybersecurity & IT Networking) you will oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's enterprise network infrastructure and cybersecurity posture. You will lead strategic infrastructure planning, drive resilience and optimization initiatives, and serve as the main point of contact for external vendors and product principles. This role combines advanced technical oversight with strategic vendor governance to ensure highly secure, scalable, and reliable multi-site enterprise operations. You will work on: Strategic Planning & Architecture: Lead the design, planning, and expansion of an evolving enterprise network architecture to support organizational scaling and modern security frameworks (e.g., Zero Trust, defense-in-depth). Vendor Management & Governance: Lead and manage third-party service providers, contractors, and product principals (e.g., Cisco, Fortinet, HPE Aruba) to ensure timely project delivery, adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and efficient technology refresh cycles. Infrastructure Administration & Optimization: Oversee the administration, configuration, and maintenance of enterprise network devices including firewalls, routers, VPNs, and wireless access points. Ensure systematic patching and firmware update schedules are enforced. Cybersecurity Compliance: Formulate and implement comprehensive cybersecurity processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) in alignment with industry standards and enterprise risk frameworks. Operations & Incident Management: Monitor network performance metrics, lead advanced troubleshooting for complex network outages, and guide technical teams during incident response. Provide technical leadership for high-level support after office hours or during critical weekend operations/events when required. Documentation & Business Continuity: Manage and ensure regular updates of comprehensive technical documentations, including network floor plans, logical diagrams, asset registers, and Disaster Recovery (DR) / Business Continuity plans. Coordinate periodic tabletop simulations and DR exercises.
