  • Proficiency and ability to use mechanical power/hand tools ( drill press, saw, press, etc. ) and electrical instrumentation ( meters, power supplies, probes, etc. ).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs .

Bevi is looking for a Hardware Test Engineer to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you'll be a key contributor in building out our test function and raising the quality bar for our machines throughout the development cycle. You'll own validation and lifetime testing end-to-end - from writing and reviewing test plans to analyzing data statistically and translating findings into clear recommendations for the Hardware Engineering team. You'll be a go-to resource for testing best practices, working cross-functionally to catch issues early and drive them to resolution. We're looking for someone who is curious, collaborative, and thrives in a hands-on environment. Your Day to Day Identify and own testing activities for hardware development projects, working alongside various engineers and technicians. Create and review test plans for sustaining efforts as well as new product development. Test products that integrate hardware, software, and firmware into a seamless product that meets all customer expectations. Review, summarize and publish test results for team consumption. Validate hardware designs across all requirements including lifetime and reliability testing. Propose and implement statistical-based test plans to validate quality in new and sustaining products. Assist with running and reporting on all tests being performed. Work cross-functionally with the manufacturing / quality group to understand how to improve test coverage.
