Responsibilities
- Manage BOM Cost integrity, risk analysis and communication to the Ops and the BU teams
- Work with product and supply chain risk analysis. Develop and drive risk mitigation planning prior to product launch and ramp phase.
- Engage with key suppliers, GSM and Business Unit to ensure performance expectations are met and align with future sourcing decisions
- Prepare the supply chain and manage continuity of material supply and delivery for prototype builds and early production

- Understand all elements of COGS, HW & SW product cost; validate the integrity of the costed BOM and forward costing; be able to clearly articulate the main cost drivers, cost reduction opportunities, and cost avoidance activities.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electronics, mechanical engineering, or supply chain management.
- Demonstrated experience working within an electronics manufacturing environment or with contract manufacturing partners.
- Consistent record to manage Bill of Materials (BOM) cost integrity, including risk analysis and communication to operational teams.
- Experience in project, process, change, or risk management within a hardware or software product lifecycle.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to interact effectively with interested parties at all levels.
- Master's degree in a relevant technical or supply chain field.
- Experience in program management, specifically within New Product Introduction (NPI) or product lifecycle management.
- Functional knowledge of product development methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.
- Practical understanding of manufacturing and fulfillment models, including EMS, OEM/ODM/JDM, and Build-To-Stock.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to influence cross-functional decisions.
