Responsibilities

  • Manage BOM Cost integrity, risk analysis and communication to the Ops and the BU teams
  • Work with product and supply chain risk analysis. Develop and drive risk mitigation planning prior to product launch and ramp phase.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in electronics, mechanical engineering, or supply chain management.
  • Demonstrated experience working within an electronics manufacturing environment or with contract manufacturing partners.
  • Consistent record to manage Bill of Materials (BOM) cost integrity, including risk analysis and communication to operational teams.
  • Experience in project, process, change, or risk management within a hardware or software product lifecycle.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to interact effectively with interested parties at all levels.
  • Master's degree in a relevant technical or supply chain field.
  • Experience in program management, specifically within New Product Introduction (NPI) or product lifecycle management.
  • Functional knowledge of product development methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.
  • Practical understanding of manufacturing and fulfillment models, including EMS, OEM/ODM/JDM, and Build-To-Stock.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to influence cross-functional decisions.
