Electronics Test & Validation Engineer

Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain, and continuously improve laboratory test environments for electronic systems and components for radar systems;
• Develop custom test setups, fixtures, and measurement methods for early-stage prototypes;
• Investigate and resolve quality issues from the production line through structured root cause analysis;
• Work closely with design engineers to validate design changes and optimize product performance;
• Support manufacturing teams by improving test procedures, yield, and fault detection methods;
• Analyze test data and translate findings into actionable design or process improvements;
• Ensure traceability and proper documentation of lab tests, failures, and validation results.

Requirements

• Completed degree (bachelor's or master's) in Electronics Engineering or a related field;
• 2-5 years of hands-on experience thriving in fast-paced lab environments, with a specific focus on the nuances of radar electronics;
• Solid understanding of analog, RF, and digital electronics;
• High proficiency with lab instrumentation;
• Natural aptitude for debugging hardware issues at both the component and system level to ensure peak performance;
• Capability in test automation or scripting (e.g., Python, C++) to streamline validation processes and enhance efficiency.
• Knowledge of DFM/DFT/DFA principles.
