Responsibilities

  • Client Management:
  • Attend to clients and perform front-desk duties including registration, manage appointments, coordinate follow-ups and payment collection
  • Provide information about services, procedures, and pricing

Requirements

  • GCE 'O' Level or equivalent, preferably with 2 years of relevant experience in a TCM clinic or healthcare setting
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Customer service-oriented with a polite and professional demeanor
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality
  • Possess passion and interests in TCM or healthcare industry
  • Able to commit 5.5 day work week
