Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed fact-finds to understand customer circumstances and provide suitable, compliant mortgage recommendations.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage a pipeline of cases effectively.
  • Comfortable working to targets in a regulated environment.
  • Desirable:
  • Fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent).
  • Experience using mortgage sourcing systems.
  • Experience working with a variety of UK lenders.

1st Charge Advisor We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused 1st Charge Advisor to join our growing ClearScore Home Lending team. This role is central to helping customers make confident financial decisions by supporting them through the first charge mortgage journey, from initial enquiry through to completion. You'll combine strong regulatory knowledge with a customer-first mindset to deliver tailored mortgage solutions while ensuring the highest standards of compliance and customer outcomes.
