Work Model: You'll work in a hybrid model, onsite at your designated Regal Rexnord location at least 3 days per week (Monday-Thursday), with flexibility to work remotely up to 2 days, including Friday. ____________________ Role Purpose The Senior IT Infrastructure Product Lead is responsible for end‑to‑end ownership of IT infrastructure services and platforms supporting the GCC Hyderabad and Euroflex Transmission India manufacturing plants. The role focuses on IT strategic execution, managing operations, reliability, compliance, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement while aligning local infrastructure capabilities with corporate IT initiatives, standards, and transformation programs. This role operates as a business partner and strategic owner with technical authority, accountable for infrastructure outcomes, financial stewardship, audit readiness, and automation-led optimization-without direct people-management accountability. Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities 1. Infrastructure Product Ownership (GCC Hyderabad & Euroflex Plants) - Act as the overall infrastructure product owner for GCC Hyderabad and Euroflex Transmission India plants (Units 1, 2 & 3), accountable for end‑to‑end performance, availability, security, and compliance of assigned infrastructure platforms. - Own infrastructure domains covering network, servers, virtualization, storage, enduser computing, cloud platforms, and plant IT infrastructure. - Define and maintain product roadmaps, lifecycle strategies, and technical standards aligned with business demand and corporate IT architecture. - Ensure infrastructure solutions are scalable, resilient, secure, and cost‑effective. 2. Operational Excellence & Service Stability - Ensure uninterrupted availability of business‑critical and plant‑critical IT services, including: o LAN / WAN / Wi‑Fi connectivity o Server rooms and core infrastructure o End‑user computing services for office, engineering, and shop‑floor users o Infrastructure readiness for OT, MES, Smart Factory, and Industry 4.0 integrations - Drive proactive monitoring, capacity planning, and risk mitigation to prevent service disruptions. - Act as an escalation point for high‑severity infrastructure incidents, ensuring root‑cause analysis and permanent fixes. 3. Budget Ownership & Financial Stewardship - Own the infrastructure product budget (CAPEX & OPEX) covering GCC Hyderabad and Euroflex plants, including the following: o Hardware, software, and platform investments o Managed services, AMCs, telecom, and cloud subscriptions - Build annual and multi‑year infrastructure investment plans aligned with business growth, plant expansion, and technology strategy. - Partner with Finance and IT leadership on business cases, ROI justification, budget tracking, and variance explanations. - Drive cost optimization across infrastructure products without compromising performance, resilience, or security. 4. Corporate IT Initiatives, Policies & Standards - Act as the local product owner for the execution of corporate IT infrastructure initiatives and global rollouts. - Ensure alignment with and adoption of Corporate IT policies, cybersecurity controls, architecture standards, and compliance requirements. - Represent GCC Hyderabad and Euroflex plants in corporate infrastructure programs, technology transformations, and governance forums. 5. Compliance, Audit & Risk Management - Take ownership of infrastructure‑related compliance and audit readiness for GCC Hyderabad and Euroflex plants. - Support internal, external, and corporate audits (SOX, ITGC, cybersecurity, DR) by: o Maintaining compliant configurations and controls o Providing audit evidence and technical walkthroughs o Driving closure of audit observations within agreed timelines - Proactively identify and mitigate infrastructure and security risks impacting business operations. 6. Automation & Technology‑Enabled Optimization - Champion automation‑first and digital‑by‑design principles across infrastructure operations. - Leverage automation and platform capabilities to: o Reduce manual effort and operational overhead o Improve reliability, response times, and service quality o Enable measurable improvements in cost, productivity, and risk reduction - Track and communicate automation benefits and outcomes to stakeholders.
