Premier Wealth Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Premier Relationship Managers to achieve sales, revenue, and client acquisition targets
• Drive team performance through effective sales management, pipeline monitoring, and regular coaching sessions
• Foster a high-performance culture focused on client-centricity, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Monitor portfolio performance and ensure achievement of key business objectives across the team
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and risk management standards

Requirements

• Proven experience within Priority Banking, Premier Banking, or Wealth Management
• Demonstrated success as a Relationship Manager with a strong track record in client acquisition and portfolio growth
• Prior leadership, team management, or mentoring experience is highly preferred
