Parts Expediter

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED certification
• Specialized training in inventory management, accounting, purchasing, or related field
• Three (3) years of experience in purchasing, sales, or inventory control
• Possession of, or ability to obtain a Forklift Operator certification
• Must be able to work a 24-hour emergency call back rotating schedule. Including ability to work overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Including working on-call on a rotation schedule
• Possess a valid driver's license
• Must be able to pass a physical, drug screen, and background verification
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite, PeopleSoft, and Maximo or similar systems
• Excellent written communication skills
• Five (5)+ years' experience in procurement of goods and services
• Previous experience in the utilities, mechanical, or construction industry
• Working Conditions and Physical Demand:
• Heavy Work - Depending on assignment, positions in this class typically exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up-to 20 pounds of force constantly having to move objects.

Field Operations is a 24/7 Operation - weekend and after hour work may be required.
