- Plan, prioritise, and communicate engineering activities, including shift handovers, Tier meetings, shutdowns, and maintenance scheduling via MERPS.
- Ensure GMP, EHS, and quality compliance through documentation, deviations, change controls, audits, and contractor supervision.
- Drive continuous improvement, equipment upgrades, data accuracy (SAP/MERPS), training compliance, and support for projects and new product introductions.

- Minimum of an HNC level qualification in an Engineering discipline
- An Industry recognised Engineering apprenticeship
- Significant post-apprenticeship industry experience
- Hands on experience of GSK processes and procedures
- Demonstrable experience working with cross functional teams in a complex organisation.
- Preferred Qualification
- If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Experience working in classified areas such as ISO 5 or ISO 7.
- Demonstrable experience in a leadership, training and team support functions.
- Experience working as a subject matter expect.
