Who we're looking for Toyota's Marketing and Brand Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Senior Marketing Services Analyst. The primary responsibility of this role is to serve as a strategic partner and liaison between Marketing and cross-functional business units, leading complex marketing initiatives that align with enterprise goals and elevate marketing impact. This individual plays a crucial role in delivering TFS, LFS, TFSB, and Private Label marketing materials to dealers, consumers, and team members while ensuring client satisfaction through aligned and effective marketing executions. Reporting to the Marketing Services Manager, the Senior Analyst will support the objective to drive effective, multichannel marketing strategies and deliver high-quality marketing materials that meet client needs and enhance organizational performance. Additionally, this role influences decision-making, manages executive-level requests, and drives continuous improvement across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills, combined with a deep understanding of marketing principles and practices.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between Marketing and other business units across TFS, including Private Label clients while facilitating complex conversations related to project scope, timelines, resources, and priorities while maintaining strong working relationships and marketing deliverables.
- Support executive-level communications by preparing high‑quality summaries, recommendations, and responses for senior leadership and key enterprise partners.
- Manage and prioritize a portfolio of complex marketing projects from concept to launch, coordinating across Marketing, Legal, Compliance, and business stakeholders.
- Host, facilitate, and lead project and status meetings, driving alignment, identifying risks, and proactively resolving roadblocks. Ensure all marketing workstreams align with regulatory requirements, brand standards, and stakeholder expectations and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Provide strategic guidance to clients on marketing best practices, messaging, and execution. As well as identify key performance indicators to measure success.
- Serve as a peer mentor to Marketing Services Analysts, providing guidance on project leadership, stakeholder management, and process excellence.
- Support the Marketing Services Manager on strategic initiatives, team operations, resource planning, and organizational improvements, as needed.
- What you bring
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, advertising, or related field or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience in marketing, advertising, account management, project management, or related roles.
- Financial services marketing experience.
- Strong project management experience with multiple concurrent workstreams, preferably with a marketing focus.
- Expert communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and present to senior leaders.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
