About the role
The Associate Account Manager role requires an individual who is professional and courteous, and who displays drive, determination, pro-activity, and self-motivation. With a positive attitude, the Associate Account Manager provide support to Account Executives, Producers and Clients. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Support the Account Executives and Account Managers, Producers and Clients will include but is not limited to: Preparing Bonds for Delivery, which includes Printing and Scanning Data Entry in the Agency System and Bond System Invoicing Checking Bonds & Bond Documents for accuracy and communicating to the preparing any corrections needed Process/Prepare Consents of Surety and Close Outs Renew and write miscellaneous bonds related to contract bonds (may include communication with the client and/or underwriters with the bonding company) Meeting timelines as required by the Client, Producer or Account Managers Adhere to all Agency systems, procedures, and state regulations Assume other job responsibilities as requested by supervisor
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1-year professional/office experience preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency with computer systems, including but not limited to MS Office and automated agency management systems
- Attention to Detail and Accuracy is critical to this position
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Above average mathematical skills
- Ability to work in a positive team environment accepting constructive criticism
