Accounts Associate

About the role

MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - Handle full set of accounts of a portfolio of clients individually or supported by assistants; - Handle Month end closing for a portfolio of companies; - Preparation of monthly management accounts and reporting packages; - Handle day to day outsourced finance function, including AP processing and payroll; - Consolidation of simple to complex group accounts; - Compilation of financial statements in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards; - Assist in providing financial management services; - Solve complex accounting issues from time to time; - Assist in consultancy and business advisory projects; - Undertake ad-hoc assignment from time to time. QUALIFICATION & SKILLS REQUIRED - At least 1 year experience in external audit, accounting outsourcing practice and/or fund administration & fund accounting service provider. - Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, CPA or their equivalent; - Have clear thinking, committed, meticulous, good time management, resourceful, proactive, able to work independently, effective verbal and written communication skill, honest and resilient. - Familiar with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards; - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; - IT skillset, knowledge of accounting software, RPA and other modern automation tools are highly desired.
