Reviews findings and advises on needs and risks of the organization to determine appropriate measures. Provides analysis on current strategies for the organization to fulfill needs, mitigate risks, and maximize opportunities to assist with process improvement. Advises on the effectiveness of existing strategies and continuously gathers more information. There is 1 opening for this position which can be based in our Reston, VA or Plano, TX office. THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM Minimum Required Experiences 6 years of experience Conducting market research and analyze trends to inform commercial real estate strategies. Evaluating potential acquisitions, dispositions, lease negotiations, and development projects through detailed financial modeling and scenario analysis that results in a business case including ROE, MPV assessments, time of return. Preparing presentations, reports, and recommendations for senior leadership, incorporating quantitative analysis and qualitative insights. Supporting portfolio planning, site selection, and strategic location optimization based on comprehensive data analysis. Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans for the real estate portfolio.
