Public Private Venture Project Manager

About the role

You will serve as a PUBLIC PRIVATE VENTURE PROJECT MANAGER in the Public Private Venture Division of NAVFAC SOUTHWEST. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Monitoring operations of a Public Private Venture (PPV) housing project to ensure compliance with the business agreement and applicable guidelines (e.g. financial reporting, capital expenditure, investment decisions, design, construction, etc.); 2) Preparing and presenting project summary reports for all involved customers and leadership; 3) Developing and recommending process improvements based on best business practices and metrics for a PPV program; 4) Applying a broad knowledge of real estate principles, community planning, land development, construction management, and housing management; and 5) Developing and executing the PPV annual budget, and identifying the appropriate funding sources for PPV project actions.
