About the role

Greet and welcome guests in a professional and warm manner Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage offerings Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen/bar Serve food and drinks promptly and according to luxury service standards Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience by anticipating needs Maintain cleanliness and presentation of tables and dining areas Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and service teams for smooth operations Handle guest requests and feedback with professionalism and care Follow all hygiene, safety, and brand service standards at all times Previous experience in waiter/service role, preferably in luxury hospitality or fine dining Strong communication and interpersonal skills Well-groomed, professional, and guest-oriented appearance Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-standard environment Strong attention to detail and service excellence mindset Team player with positive and proactive attitude Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage Passion for luxury hospitality and guest satisfaction
