Responsibilities
- This role is called Demand Planner within Nutreco and you will be responsible for anticipating customer demand and translating it into accurate forecasts for Iberia production plants that drive our operations.

- Integrate market insights such as seasonality, promotions, product launches or customer trends into the forecast
- Monitor and improve performance through KPIs such as forecast accuracy and bias
- Lead the monthly demand planning process, facilitating alignment and driving consensus across stakeholders
- Support efficient operations by ensuring the right balance between demand, production and stock levels for our feed plants in Iberia
- Identify risks and opportunities, contributing to better business decisions
- Drive continuous improvement, proposing new tools, methods and ways of working
- Participate in projects aimed at enhancing forecasting capabilities and processes
- Who we're looking for
- Degree in Statistics, Mathematics or other relevant fields related to data analysis
- Experience in data analysis in areas such as Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain or other business functions
- Basic to intermediate level of English
- Ability to translate data insights into clear, understandable messages for different stakeholders
- Strong skills in Power BI, Excel and other data analysis tools
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail and curiosity to understand business dynamics
- Proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with different teams
