Job Title: Social Worker - Mental Health Location: Bromley Pay Rate: £33.42 per hour Job Description: Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting an Adult Social Worker to join our client's dedicated Mental Health Team based in Bromley to provide high-quality, person-centred social work support to adults experiencing severe and complex mental health difficulties. The role involves working within a multidisciplinary team to promote recovery, independence, and wellbeing, while ensuring legal and safeguarding responsibilities are met. What will your responsibilities be? Undertake holistic assessments under the Care Act 2014 and Mental Health Act 1983 (as amended). Develop and review care and support plans in collaboration with service users, carers, and professionals. Lead or contribute to safeguarding enquiries and risk assessments. Work closely with psychiatrists, nurses, occupational therapists, housing officers, and voluntary sector partners. Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to discharge planning and crisis intervention. Ensure appropriate interventions are in place to protect vulnerable adults.
