Responsibilities
- Plan, design and administer contract/project of mechanical and electrical engineering works for building services.
- Prepare tender specifications and review tender drawings
- Perform tender evaluations and prepare tender evaluation reports
- Attend technical and progress meetings with client, architects, consultants and contractors
- Manage the projects and identify any non-conformity of contractor's work at site
- Other adhoc duties as assigned
- JOB REQUIREMENT
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of relevant industry experience
- Relevant working experience in an M&E Consulting firm is an added advantage.
- Knowledge in design and building project and relevant code of practice.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD/ BIM software is an added advantage.
- Able to work as a team, assertive, independent and proactive.
- Must have successfully started Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Institutional & Recreational projects
- Qualified for registration in Professional Engineers Board, Singapore will be an advantage
