Main Responsibilities Design and develop advanced control algorithms for high-precision manufacturing equipment, including motion, servo, thermal, and force control systems. Lead open-loop and closed-loop vibration analysis for ultra-precision equipment and modules, collaborating with mechanical design teams to evaluate and predict vibration characteristics. Develop and implement passive, active, and semi-active vibration control strategies to improve equipment precision, stability, and overall performance. Design, develop, validate, and optimize control systems, including hardware, software, firmware, sensors, instrumentation, and electrical/electronic components.
