IPO Preparation and Capital Operations: Lead the overall progress of the company's A- share IPO project; Develop listing pathways, timelines, and key milestone management plans; Coordinate with intermediaries such as securities firms, law firms, and accounting firms; Organize, review, and communicate with regulators regarding listing application materials; Promote the construction of the company's governance structure, internal control system, and standardized operations. 2. Board of Directors and Corporate Governance: Responsible for the operation of the board of directors, shareholders' meetings, and special committees; Improve the listed company's governance system and information disclosure mechanism; Ensure the company complies with regulatory and capital market requirements; Organize the implementation of relevant board resolutions and major matters. 3.Investor Relations Management (IR): Establish and maintain capital market resources such as investment institutions, securities firms, law firms, and accounting firms;Responsible for investor communication and capital market brand building; Organize financing, roadshows, and investor exchange activities; Assist in managing the company's capital market image and valuation system. 4.
