Responsibilities
- Define and Lead Governance Strategy: Develop and implement an enterprise governance framework that aligns business processes and enabling technologies, with direct oversight of the S/4HANA transformation across seven operating companies.

- Monitor Governance and Program Effectiveness: Track performance through KPIs, program milestones, and risk indicators to ensure successful delivery of S/4HANA outcomes at scale.

- Required Qualifications:
- Education & Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Digital, Technology, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in process governance or digital transformation, Minimum of 3 years of experience in a regulated utility preferred.
- Strong understanding of governance frameworks, process standardization, and cross-functional alignment in complex or regulated environments.

The base salary range for this position is dependent upon experience and location, ranging from: Boston, MA - $170,000 - $213,000 Orange, CT - $163,000 - $204,000
