Job Summary We're looking for a hands-on Senior Engineering Technician who thrives on solving problems, improving processes, and working directly on the production floor. In this role, you'll partner closely with engineering and operations to troubleshoot equipment, support new product introductions, and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing processes. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities Troubleshoot and resolve equipment, tooling, and process issues Support engineering activities including testing, checkout, and prototype builds Perform testing and fault isolation using schematics and diagrams Support equipment builds, installations, and qualifications Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements Assist with process development and new product introduction Collect and analyze process and test data Maintain preventative maintenance programs Support continuous improvement initiatives (lean, yield, quality) Education and Experience Requirements Associate's degree preferred 2-4 years of technician or related experience Strong troubleshooting of electro-mechanical systems Ability to read schematics and technical documentation Experience with test equipment (oscilloscopes, diagnostic tools) Preferred Skills and Abilities Background in lean manufacturing or continuous improvement Familiarity with data analysis tools or MES systems Working Conditions and Physical Demands Manufacturing environment.
