You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. To qualify at the GS-14 level you must meet the following: SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: You must possess one full year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 in the Federal service. Specialized experience is defined as: Solicitation process for vendors to acquire products or services and the oversight management of multiple complex and/or high dollar value contracts; Preparation of the contract solicitation requirements packages including drafting statements of work, industry analysis, and independent government cost estimates; Regular approval of invoices and acceptance of deliverables; AND Serving as a liaison or focal point of contact for IT systems with IT management, members of numerous organizations, customer entities, and vendors.
