Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior or Lead Backend Engineer working with .NET / C# .
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (GCP preferred, Azure/AWS also relevant).
- Experience with asynchronous, distributed, or event-driven systems .
- Solid knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, and CI/CD practices .
- Demonstrated ability to confidently drive and defend technical decisions in collaborative environments.
- Strong sense of ownership, with a proactive and persistent approach to problem-solving and learning complex systems.
- Great communication skills and a collaborative, mentoring mindset.
- Curiosity for learning new technologies - especially frontend frameworks like React.
